While the vast majority of people will feel a positive difference immediately, a minority may need a little more time to fully adjust to their new pillow. Here is a simple step-by-step guide on how to get used to the OMNIA pillow as quickly as possible.
1-2 nights
Acclimatization:
The first few nights may be necessary to get used to the new shape and features of the pillow. Start by lying on the OMNIA pillow 15-30 minutes before bedtime to feel the material and find the most comfortable position.
3-7 nights
Gradual introduction:
For the first 3-7 nights, you can sleep with the OMNIA pillow and have your usual pillow on hand to choose which one works best for you on any given night.
8 to infinitely many nights
Full usage:
From the 8th night onwards, you should be able to use the OMNIA pillow to its full potential and enjoy a comfortable sleep on your side or back, whichever you prefer.

Depending on your clothing size, you may or may not need to add an additional layer of foam to your pillow:
- Size 0-2 (XS): no added layer.
- Sizes 4-6 (S): no added layer.
- Sizes 8-10 (M): possibility of adding a layer
- Sizes 12-14 (L): possibility of adding an additional layer
- Sizes 16-18 (XL) and over: adding a layer
Although specific recommendations for using this layer are given, it is important to follow your own feelings and preferences. Each person has a different body and different sleeping habits, so it is best to customize the pillow to what works best for you.
Sleep on your back:
- Place your head in the center of the pillow, which is specially designed to make it difficult to roll onto your side during sleep, which promotes prolonged back sleep.
