Yes, of course. You can return undamaged and unworn goods within 14 days of delivery. To return an item, please contact us at info@feelthesilk.sk. To send the goods back, we will send you information on how you can return the goods within 14 days from the date of exercising your right of withdrawal at the latest. The time limit is deemed to have been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired. Always enclose the withdrawal form in your package, which is attached as Appendix 1 to the terms and conditions of sale and returns.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that when returning an item, the cost of sending it back to our address is your responsibility.

The warranty only applies to goods that are used but not damaged. (Mistreatment, washing at high temperature, use of aggressive chemicals, etc.)

You can send us a photo of the bedding to info@feelthesilk.sk. We will send you a questionnaire to complete, a Packet number to send the duvet cover back to us and a refund within 28 days of receipt of the goods.

We understand that if you return the silk pillowcase to us, it does not suit you, in which case we assume that you will not want to buy another one, because that would be speculation and an abuse of the terms of the promotion.

Feel the Silk products are made from premium mulberry silk. This is the finest quality, long-fibre, Grade 6A silk with a special slippery finish to keep friction between hair and skin to a minimum.

Our products are made from genuine natural mulberry silk, which is known for its hypoallergenic properties. It helps to prevent hair breakage or tangling. It is very gentle on the skin and the face does not become clammy, which has the effect of preventing ageing.

Satin is an artificial material that has no positive effects for the skin and hair.

Cotton draws moisture and skin care products away from the skin and hair.

Momme is an old imperial measurement indicating the weight of silk. The thicker or heavier the silk, the finer it is and the longer it will last.

Less reputable suppliers unfortunately measure momme at various stages of the manufacturing process rather than at the end. In other words, they claim to have a certain momme count, but this is not entirely true.
